A minimum of 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.* * Exceptions - adverse weather conditions, illness and emergencies ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please call in advance to schedule your appointment. Late afternoon appointment times are popular, so please call well in advance to if you wish to schedule an appointment after 3:30 p.m. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, a call is appreciated. Please give as much advance notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. Please notify Healing Arts as soon as possible.) Initial Appointment: For your first appointment at Healing Arts, a client intake form will be provided. Please advise of all medical conditions, surgeries and allergies, as this will ensure the best service using the appropriate techniques and products. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the client intake form. To enhance your service, please remove all jewelry and silence your cell phone. For an optimal experience you may choose to relax in silence during your session. Bodywork and energywork are done while you remain clothed. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Payment is due at the time of your service. Healing Arts accepts Checks, Cash and Credit Cards. Tipping is not necessary.
