Appointments
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. Evening appointments are available.
Please call in advance to schedule your appointment. Late afternoon and evening appointment times are popular, so please call well in advance to if you wish to schedule an appointment after 3:30 p.m.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, a call is appreciated. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give as much advance notice as possible. A minimum of 24 hour notice is requested for cancellation/rescheduling. In case of emergencies such as illness or a personal/family emergency, please call as soon as possible.
To enhance your service, please remove all jewelry and silence your cell phone. For an optimal experience you may choose to relax in silence during your session.
Initial Appointment For your first appointment at Healing Arts, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your service. A client intake form will be provided at that time or you may download the Healing Arts intake form here. Please advise of all medical conditions, surgeries and allergies, as this will ensure the best service using the appropriate techniques and products.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the client intake form.
Payment
Cash, Personal Check, Mastercard and Visa (via the Square) are accepted as payment for services. Payment is due at the time of your service.
