Live life in Balance. Zero Balancing (ZB) is a subtle yet powerful technique for releasing tension in the body through a series of gentle stretches and finger pressure. A regular session takes approximately 50 minutes.

Gini Garrett, Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), graduated from Iowa State University, Eastwind School of Holistic Healing and is currently licensed by the State of Iowa (#02244). She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB), and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Beginning her practice as a Reflexologist in 1994, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist  following the completion of her training at Eastwind School of Holistic Healing in Iowa City in 1999 where she received training in Shiatsu, Swedish, Cranial-Sacral Techniques, Energywork and Sound Therapy. She completed certification in Zero Balancing (2004) and has taken continuing education courses in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki II, Reconnective Healing®, Cupping & Gwa Sha, Aromatherapy, Touch for Health and BrainGym. She is currently working on her practitioner certification in Bach Flower Remedies.
