Relaxing Swedish Massage Relax for an hour with a Swedish massage. Almond-scented massage cream is used for a soothing massage from head to toe. Session may be customized to focus on areas needing more attention such as back, or neck and shoulders. 60 minutes... $65 • 90 minutes... $90. •. 45 minutes...$50. • 30 minutes... $35 Shiatsu Massage For those who prefer deeper pressure, relax for an hour with a Shiatsu or "finger pressure" massage, which addresses, with focused touch, the acupressure points along the meridians that flow throughout the body. 60 minutes... $60 • 45 minutes...$45. • 30 minutes... $30 Foot Massage/Reflexology Feet first! When your feet feel good, YOU feel good! 30 minutes... $30 May be combined with other modalities for a relaxing 60- or 90-minute session ($65/$90). Zero Balancing® Live life in Balance. Zero Balancing (ZB) is a subtle yet powerful technique for releasing tension in the body through a series of gentle stretches and finger pressure (fulcrums). ZB focuses on the whole person, even when addressing specific needs. ZB creates a point of stillness where the mind quiets, the energy fields organize and internal reorientation occurs. Allow 50 - 60 minutes per session ... $60 CranioSacral Therapy Experience the healing power of the light touch of CST, a non-invasive therapy using a protocol to assess, modify and correct restrictions in the CranioSacral system to improve wellness and enhance the body's self-correcting and regulating mechanisms. 60 minutes... $60 Body Reset A Body Reset session integrates bodywork and energywork techniques to relax and "reset" the mind and body. Deeply relaxing, the session includes releasing tension held in the rib cage and low back. (To experience this session, one should be comfortable lying face up on the table and wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes.) 60 minutes... $60 Reiki Reiki is an energy therapy technique of Japanese origin used for relaxation, stress reduction and healing. The practitioner’s hands are in contact with or held close to your body to channel Universal energy resulting in feeling grounded and centered. (Distant healing Reiki is also available. Call for more information.) 60 minutes... $60 •. 30 minutes... $30 Touch for Health 14 Muscle Balance Touch for Health 14 Muscle Balance is a practical, non-invasive, complementary therapy, it is designed to monitor and balance the body's energy system utilizing muscles relating to the 14 energy meridians of the body. The muscles are monitored to see if they are "switched on". If there is an imbalance or the muscle(s) are "switched off", balance is restored to the system using a variety of gentle techniques. This is an interactive participatory technique - you remain fully clothed during the muscle monitoring - which may be done either standing or lying down. 60 minutes... $60 Cupping Therapy Cupping therapy uses various vacuum cups to create negative pressure to increase blood flow to skin and muscles, release rigid soft tissues, lift connective tissue, loosen adhesions, and drain excess fluids and toxins. Cupping therapy may be combined with a massage or added on to a session. Add on... $1/minute Sound Therapy Sound therapy is a complementary therapy that uses various tuning fork tones to enhance the healing effects of energy therapy practices. Tuning forks may be used off or on the body, depending on the type of session. 20-minutes... $20 Add-on... $15 Customized Sessions Not sure what you would like for your session? Please ask about customizing a session to suit your individual needs. Many techniques can be combined for a 30, 60 or 90-minute session. NOTE: Healing Arts does NOT offer Prenatal/Pregnancy massage or Deep Tissue massage. I will be happy to refer you to practitioners who offer those services. |

Please call (or text) in advance to schedule your appointment. (Late afternoon appointment times are popular, so please call well in advance to if you wish to schedule an appointment after 3:30 p.m.) Your appointment time is reserved especially for you! Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, a call is appreciated. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give as much advance notice as possible. A minimum of 24 hour notice is requested for cancellation or rescheduling. In case of emergencies such as illness, a personal/family emergency or bad weather, please notify Healing Arts as soon as possible. Initial Appointment: For your first appointment at Healing Arts, please arrive a few minutes prior to your service. A client intake form will be provided at that time or you may download the Healing Arts intake form. Please advise of all medical conditions, surgeries and allergies, as this will ensure the best service using the appropriate techniques and products. To enhance your service, please remove all jewelry and silence your cell phone. For an optimal experience you may choose to relax in silence during your session. Bodywork and energywork are done while you remain clothed. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the client intake form. Payment is due at the time of your service. Healing Arts accepts Checks, Cash, Credit Cards and Sigourney Dollars.
